The shock and grief of a Loved One's Death is difficult for every family. Once that passes, it is necessary to conclude the Loved One's unfinished matters and distribute his or her property according to the Will or Trust the decedent left. If he or she did not a written testament, the property of the decedent is distributed according to the Intestacy Law of the State of Minnesota. Whether by Will, Trust or Intestacy, the administrative process usually takes from six months to a year to conclude.
