As an attorney with over 40 years of legal experience, Bill Peterson is a highly sought after professional in his field. He began his legal career by serving nine years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota. He was then elected for two terms to represent West-Central Bloomington in the Minnesota Legislature. He is listed in Who’s Who in American Law.
In 1978 he opened his private legal practice. Over the years, he has represented thousands of clients and has appeared before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals on over 50 cases.
He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His fields of concentration include estate planning and probate matters, with specialties in wills, trusts, and elder law issues.
